What I think about Mixson...

I love the location - it is literally convenient to every part of Charleston. I enjoy the parks. The central park is fun to hang out in with my friends, and my dog and I utilize the dog park every day, many times a day. He loves to catch the Frisbee in his own little manicured "back yard." I am very excited about the pavilion and am already planning a get-together with my friends there. (I think it's the perfect setup to have a neighborhood oyster roast too!) I love how unique and beautiful the design of Mixson is... and it just keeps getting better every day. It is a safe community where my dog and I can take runs in the surrounding area, and get a view of the duck pond nearby. Most of all, I like knowing that my impact on the environment is decreased by the products used to build my house and the design of the neighborhood. The only thing that would make it better is more neighbors!
