Master Plan

Taken from our original charrette, this conceptual plan depicts a full build out of the neighborhood. It includes housing styles ranging from flats and townhomes to single-family homes with small private yards. Note the realignment of Mixson Ave. to create a slower, more people-friendly center street. The apartments and commercial district will be focused along this corridor.

	1. Spear Park Mixson's first park. Enjoy the fountain under the laurel oak. This is also where the mailbox for the first residences is located.

	2. Public Green / Dog Park One of Mixson's grand oaks anchors the public green, a great spot for a picnic. The dog park is right next door.
